3D Printing Terms of Service

In order to ensure the timely delivery of your model and/or appliance, Orthodyne Laboratories Inc (henceforth known as OLI) has established the following 3D printer guidelines:

1)      We must receive both the scan and the prescription.

          A.    The scan should be saved as “open shell, 2 files (arches oriented in occlusion)”

          B.     The scan file must have an extension of “.stl” for us at OLI to process.

2)      OLI has several methods established to receive the scan file (.stl format) and prescription.

3)      OLI has established a processing schedule to efficiently handle your model requests. 

                       ·         A business day is from 7am to 3pm Monday thru Friday.

                       ·         Production Models are shipped 3 business days after receipt of the scan and matching prescription.

                       ·         Study Models are shipped 5 business days after receipt of the scan and matching prescription.

4)      Rush cases incur a $25 fee.
